1. Authorization to access

Subject to these terms of use (the “Terms”), AB Svenska Spel (Swedish reg. nr 556460-1812), on behalf of itself and its wholly owned subsidiaries (hereafter, individually and collectively, “Svenska Spel”) hereby grants you (the “User”) a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to access and use the Svenska Spel Design System (the “Website”) solely for the purpose of performing your duties for and on behalf of Svenska Spel (the “Purpose”). Except for the Purpose, the User may not access or use the Website or reproduce, retransmit, disseminate, sell, publish, license, broadcast or otherwise use any of the information, content or materials available through it for any reason. By accessing and using this Website, the User agrees to comply with the at all times current version of these Terms.

2. Intellectual property rights

Svenska Spel reserves all copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to the Website and all content on the Website, as well as to any information or materials derived from them. All content and material available through the Website are the copyrighted property of Svenska Spel. Furthermore, “Svenska Spel” as well as the names of games and lotteries found on the Website (as well as the corresponding logotypes) are either registered trademarks belonging to Svenska Spel or trademarks for which Svenska Spel has acquired an exclusive license of use in Sweden. Any use of intellectual property rights, for other purposes than as expressly agreed by Svenska Spel in writing, may constitute an intellectual property infringement for which Svenska Spel may take legal actions.

3. Disclaimer

The use of the Website is at the sole responsibility of the user. The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without express or implied warranty or condition of any kind. Svenska Spel may at any time make changes to the Website or any of its features or functionalities. Svenska Spel also reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, functions and features of the Website, with or without notice, all without liability to the User, for any interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the Website or any of its features or functionalities.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Svenska Spel accepts no liability to user or any third party for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of the Website or its content.

5. Governing law

These Terms and the User’s use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Sweden.
