Our typeface family

Our typeface family consists of the uppercase display typeface Svenska Spel Arena and the body typeface Svenska Spel Plan.

Svenska Spel Arena

Svenska Spel Arena is available in the Bold weight and is designed to stand out. It's used in headlines, preferably large and proud with confidence. The thickness of the letters also makes it suitable for overlaying on images. The typeface is only used in uppercase, so try to keep headlines short. That's when it works best.

Svenska Spel Plan

Svenska Spel Plan is available in three weights: Regular, Medium and Bold. All have a corresponding italic style. Svenska Spel Plan Regular is used for body text. This weight is also used for captions. Svenska Spel Plan Medium is used for subheadings and introductory paragraphs.

File formats

Our typeface is available in three different file formats depending on the user and use case.

Pro version

The Pro version of Svenska Spel Arena and Svenska Spel Plan (.otf) is intended for layout and design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, on Windows and macOS operating systems.

If you work in Microsoft PowerPoint or Microsoft Word, you should use the basic version (.ttf) instead – the version without "Pro" in the name.

Basic version

The basic version (.ttf) of Svenska Spel Arena and Svenska Spel Plan is adapted for Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint, but also works in Word.

Unlike the Pro version, the basic version supports kerning in PowerPoint.

Web version

The WOFF and WOFF2 (Web Open Font Format) versions are specifically designed for use on websites and should only be integrated into digital environments.

Design with our typeface

We can use our typeface in different ways – from a clean, minimalist design where content takes center stage, to expressive layouts with large headlines, images and design elements. This allows us to adapt the expression and create the right feeling depending on the context.
